Logement tout équipé et climatisé (un plus par +30°C), joliment décoré. Terrasse idéale pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. Les lits étaient confortables. Parking gratuit dans la rue et proche du centre de Troyes.
L'arrivée se fait par une cour commune avec le voisin. Celui-ci y entasse des déchets/cartons et nous a accueilli en boxer la cigarette à la main... Ça ne donne pas une bonne première impression. L'appartement était plutôt propre, mais quelques points à améliorer: les joints de la douche sont sales et à refaire, l'armoire sous l'évier de la cuisine n'est pas très propre ainsi que le bac à couverts (taches de café/eau sale qui a séché). Quelques toiles d'araignée dans les coins de la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue.

La disponibilité de la propraitaire et sa gentillesse. Tout etait parfait. Je recommande ce logement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. La description est conforme.

L'emplacement avec une rue parallèle ou j'ai pu me garer facilement. La climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. Le wifi , la télé et la terrasse. Petit mais efficace.
Manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine . Certaines portes difficiles à ouvrir. Petit barbecue.
