Beautiful, spacious apt. In a good location.

Check in was a disaster. I had requested an early check in (2:00) but never heard back. We were given instructions the day of check in to go to a different location to pick up the keys, which was unexpected, as I had booked the place due to its proximity to the train station. We were early and the keys were not there. I messaged and was told to go to another location where we could store luggage. We did this and it was not an office and no one was there. I then called and was told to go back to the previous location to pick up the key so we could store our luggage in the apt.until check in. We walked back again to the previous location (all the while dragging luggage), got the key, went to the apt.and left our luggage. It was 3:15 and check in was at 4:00 and no one had cleaned anything. We came back at 4:20 and the cleaner was not done until 6:00. We had wasted an entire afternoon. The only compensation offered was a late checkout, which we could not use due to travel plans.

Alles war super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr.

Amplio y cómodo. A dos minutos de la estación del tren y muy cerca del centro histórico.

El apartamento es muy lindo pero el servicio no. No hay contacto con seres humanos. Todo es correo con una IA. Es molesto tener que ir a otro lugar a buscar y dejar llaves. Y otro lugar distinto para dejar las valijas. Un solo juego de llaves para 4 personas. Faltan elementos básicos, como una repisa en la ducha, un perchero para abrigos, un gancho para las toallas. Minimalismo excesivo. Y es ruidoso porque la tapa de las persianas del dormitorio está rota y pegada con cinta.
