Sehr gute Lage, da man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten die Altstadt erreicht hat. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Dachterrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, der Wohnraum hat eine Klimaanlage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation mit ihm war problemlos (bevorzugt via WhatsApp) und wir erhielten Informationen zu Aktivitäten, Restaurants und Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen Ventilator. Im Bad ist der Abfluß gegenüber Verstopfung sehr empfindlich. Werkzeuge zum Abheben des Ablaufgitters wären hilfreich gewesen. Zudem war das Laminat im Flur vor dem Bad beschädigt, was insbesondere beim Barfußlaufen verletzungsgefährdend war. Zur Wohnung gehört kein Parkplatz, was aber vorab bekannt war. Dennoch war es teils schwierig, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu bekommen (Mitte Juni).

There is a golden standard for writing reviews: first, you describe the positive aspects, adding a touch of personal emotion, and then you mention the negatives to help the host and, perhaps, future guests. That is the usual format. Well, this review will not contain any negative points—simply because there were none. I genuinely have nothing to criticize. The apartment is perfectly located, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything one could need. There are countless useful little touches: a small supply of groceries for guests arriving late, yoga mats, beach towels, and much more. All of this allowed our family to focus entirely on exploring Girona and traveling around the surrounding area, without having to think about any everyday inconveniences. I would like to thank Ferran and his family for their care and hospitality, and I sincerely wish them continued success and prosperity.

Being met by the owner Ferran, who was very welcoming. The flat itself is excellent, with enough space for the two of us. Washing machine proved useful during our two week stay, as did the space on the balcony for storing a bike box and bike.

Minor point, but the chairs in the sitting area were not very comfortable. Possible because we both have short legs. Taller people will be fine.
