Great location, near the station. Balcony overlooking a square. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

Aircon was a bit intermittent, fans provided, but a bit noisy. It was very hot outside, so maybe aircon was being used a lot.

Great location and very spacious apartment which was perfect for 2 couples. Lovely views of the square below. Comfortable beds although could do with more pillows as only 1 per person. Appreciated the dish washing box with liquid & tablets for the dishwasher.

No dislikes just a few suggestions. The toaster was only a 2 slicer and I think it’s not working well. Needs replacing. The chopping boards are very worn so definately need replacing. We did not have the card needed to open the big bins on the street so couldn’t dispose of our rubbish. The office did say we could therefore leave it in the apartment which helped.

There's lots to like about this place. It is a modern, spacious and stylish apartment which is well equipped with good facilities. An excellent location which is easily walkable to the train station and in to town. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bedrooms. Good bathrooms. Effective soundproofing from the outside noise. A responsive support team who were able to supply a very useful second set of keys for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

These suggestions are intended as constructive feedback. The open plan living area was very spacious but under furnished and lacked character. It did not have suitable seating for 4 people. There is a stylish looking fitted sofa which faces into the room but it is not comfortable. This space really needs a second sofa to create a better social area and to face the great view out on to the square. Also a larger coffee table, a rug and some pictures on the walls would be some nice finishing touches. The entrance hall needs hanging facilities for coats. The second bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell which can no doubt be resolved with maintenance.

Very close to the main Station (5 min by foot). Tons of supermarkets, restaurants, shops nearby and the old town was only 15 min (or less) walking distance. The living room is very spacious and the kitchen modern. Apartment style is clean. We retrieved the keys from another location but also close by. The communication with the owner was alright.

- Building: the elevator is extremely small. We had to carry our bikes up the apartment (1 floor only so not so bad) and it is required to not walk with the cycling shoes, so it was quite annoying to walk with socks on a dirty floor... - Apartment: there is only one bedroom with an ensuite (bathroom). In the description it wasn't specified and we were two friends expecting single rooms with its own private bathroom. Deceiving photos and description. - Air conditioning: it is NOT a regular one but more of a ventilation system that does not really work. There are fans in both bedrooms but we were expecting what was stated on the booking website... Quite disappointing. - No salt, no pepper, no basics of any kind for an apartment that is being booked for more than 1-2 days. If we book an apartment, it is because we want to cook, so at least some salt would be great. Nothing to really make it "home like". We did receive a welcome pack for doing the dishes though... But we had to buy our own dish soap because the sample didn't last long (2 days). It would be great to offer appropriate stuff for the given booked length. At least to be asked if we want to instead of buying 500 ml soap to then try to see what to do with it (eco friendly ???)
