L’appartement est très propre. Le confort aussi on était satisfait.
Il y avait un souci de porte qui ne se fermait pas, on a dû retirer tous les affaires de valeur et on l’a fermé mais on pouvait avoir accès à l’appartement et les deux évier de douche étaient bouché c’était pas agréable

This is a newly remodeled unit that is roomy and comfortable. The bed was great. Kitchen supplies and stocking were perfectly adequate door simple meals. The bath had a nice shower. Although the building is on a fairly busy road, our 3rd floor apartment was quiet.
The check-in process was very frustrating. I checked in on the app the day before. Despite spending too much time trying to get it right, I still was not successful. So we had to stand in front of the door and call Bravissimo. Fortunately, they answered promptly and were very accommodating in assisting entry. It just seems it shouldn’t be so difficult!
