Delizioso loft all'Esquilino

Very well-located apartment. Clean and well-equipped. Mario is a welcoming host. The air conditioning works great; we stayed during a heatwave and it managed brilliantly. The bathroom is a bit tight. We highly recommend the property.

An old-style elevator (you're in the center of Rome :) ) that can get stuck if neighbors aren't careful, forcing you to use the stairs. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be a problem for some. We had to walk up twice in 3 days.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de trenes y accesible para visitar distintos puntos turísticos. Mario el anfitrión muy amable nos esperó para darnos la llave del departamento muy tarde por la noche ya que nuestro vuelo se había demorado.

Appartement très calme, propre, climatisé, avec des moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Lit et oreillers confortables. Et des hôtes très sympathiques pour agrémenter tout ça. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Il manque un peu de lumière dans la salle de bain

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is great — there are two metro stations about 200–250 meters away, plus buses, and you can even walk to the Colosseum (though I’d recommend taking bus 87, it’s easier). Around the apartment there’s a café where we had really good breakfast (Gatsby), and close by there’s a Conad supermarket. Right in front of it, there’s a small local spot with super tasty food — cheaper than regular restaurants but honestly much better. The hosts, Mario and Eleonora, were very helpful and always available whenever we needed something. That made the stay even nicer. All in all, the apartment has everything: comfort, location, and a bit of local charm. Perfect if you want to explore Rome but still feel at home.
