Única ressalva é que poderiam ser disponibilizadas no apartamento também taças de vidro para vinho, haviam somente de plástico.

Główną zaletą obiektu jest jego lokalizacja - spokojna i cicha. Apartament położony jest tuż obok stacji metra oraz w niewielkiej odległości od dworca kolejowego Termini, a zabytki takie jak Bazylika Matki Bożej Śnieżnej i Bazylika św. Jana na Lateranie oddalone są o około 5-10 minut spacerem. Bardzo blisko jest również do Koloseum i historycznej części Rzymu, a trasa ta może stanowić codzienny przyjemne spacer (około 10-15 minut). W sąsiedztwie obiektu znajdują się również liczne sklepy i restauracje. Sam apartament jest bardzo ładnie urządzony. Gospodarze zapewniają wszystkie najbardziej potrzebne rzeczy, aby pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy, np. ekspres do kawy, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, internet WiFi.
