Good location, quiet apartment (off the street, windows face an open, quiet courtyard), close to groceries, many restaurants and cafes. Very close to a Metro stop (Line A, perfect for visiting the Vatican). For people that love to walk, close to all the key historical sights. Space to cook, eat, sleep, and do laundry (always a bonus on a long trip). On-demand hot-water heater, for both your showers and the radiators (which is needed in winter). Quiet neighbours almost all the time we stayed. Most thorough local guide we’ve ever seen (even including recommended doctors). Check-in was efficient and helpful. Note there are no doors between the two bedrooms and the kitchen, so perfect for a couple with a kid or friends that are ok sharing a small space. Others may not like the layout as much. It was fine for the two of us of course.

Could maybe use an extra pillow and a towel for dish-drying in the kitchen, otherwise fairly well equipped.

It is in a nice area, super near to the Colosseo, public transport near the apartment. It is spacious, has everything you need during the stay. Also, the host is super helpful, showed us the most important attractions and how to get there. Good value for the money.

The air conditioner was broken at the moment and it gets a bit hotter in the room, but if you are not in the apartment during the day it’s okay.
