Spacious, comfortable apartment. Fantastic view. Easy to get to and convenient free parking. Very comfy bed and a fantastic bath. Easy, quick walk to the Centre of St Ives.

Clean and comfortable The sea views Proximity to town Large apartment Free parking
Very poor Wifi -:Use Plusnet which is cheap and useless. Arrived in December with no heating on - could have pre-warmed if cleaned on arrival day, as fealt damp. Very high above town with lots of hills and steps to access - but knew this before booking! No shower in the main bathroom, only in en-suite.

The views of St Ives were the consolation and probably the reason for high rental.
Application form requiring date of birth an invasion of privacy, would never use finest retreats again. Kitchen okay but living areas very dreary uncomfortable furnishings, handles hanging off. No storage space in second bedroom and could not close door. No information folder re local amenities or map to indicate how to get down into the town. Should indicate several steep flights of stairs to apartment.
