Discover this bright and airy apartment, which has been thoughtfully designed for a group of four friends or a family. Explore the stunning town of St Ives and the beautiful coastline before retreating to this charming home and enjoying a sundowner in the decked garden. Head off on foot and explore the town’s eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and art galleries, which can all be reached within 1 mile. The gorgeous shores of Porthminster Beach are 0.5 miles away, where you can enjoy calm waters and safe swimming. Alternatively, head a little further to Porthmeor Beach (1 mile), to try surfing and other water sports. If you prefer staying on dry land, walk along the South West Coast Path (500 metres) and admire the incredible views.
Park your car in the private parking space and head into the shared entrance of the apartment block, before making yourselves at home in this beautifully bright ground-floor apartment. Head through the entrance hallway, where you can take off your shoes, and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to rustle up hearty meals and is open to the dining area with its six-seater dining table, so you can all socialise together with ease. Adjacent is a cosy lounge area featuring comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light. Back through the hallway are the two bedrooms.
