The house is very big, we were a group of 13 people, and it was perfect! All rooms are very spacious, kitchen was well equipped. The house is an older one, though. It also has a big yard. It's about 1 hour away from Vancouver, but it didn't bother us. Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you don't mind longer travel to Vancouver.
