Village Gate House by Whiski Jack

We liked the space that the unit provided- 3 stories. Although the living room was a little tight, there was good space for socializing, dining, and enjoying time with family. Each bathroom has all the towels and amenities needed. I wish the steam room worked. We had good options to dine in and out, because the kitchen had all the equipment that we needed. The unit was strategically located between Whistler and Blackcomb mountain. so it was easy to walk to either one with our gears.

This is a beautiful suite in a great location. We were travelling with 3 generations and this unit met our needs. I was very frustrated with the check in process - one email for a code, one email to pre-check in form which was a pain, (both were in my junk mail so I never saw them until I was standing outside with kids in the dark and rain), then another email with entry info. Other locations I've stayed at have much more streamlined processes. However, we would def stay again.

Everything was great but hot tub kept cutting out

The hair conditioner was empty, and no response after request on the first day The coffee machine was not cleaned with the coffee residue still left inside The loudly low frequency coming from the machine were hearing during sleeping time, and made us difficult to sleep well.
