A really nice property with a private swimming pool, close to Lost Lake. Also a very nice room interior and plenty of amenities.
Overcomplicated access system without a key card. Very small parking spots in the underground parking area for $25 a day. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and no AC in the room, however we appreciated the two fans.

Beautiful stay it was a little removed from the village but shuttle buses get you easily into the village.

Very well equipped, cozy apartment! A bit far from the main village, but about 20 min walk or a bus (line 5, stop near the hotel).
Quite expensive parking, but that is expected. Pool area under some repair (the hot tub) and the bed was too soft to our taste (a matter of opinion of course).

The receptionist was very friendly.
When we checked into our room the bed linen and pillow cases were dirty, clear black marks on pillow cases and long hairs on the bed and behind the pillows that were perched up on the bed. It was as if the linen had not been changed at all. We did request a change and that was completed by the time we got back later that evening. The decorative pillows that sit on the bed for decoration were beige/cream and were filthy. Hard to know when they get cleaned.
