I hadn't received the last few instructions on how to gain entry which required filing out a questionnaire and waiting for a response. It got to be quite stressful until we found some wifi and then got going. The directions weren't very good and when we did get our fobs, we didnt know we also needed a code, which hadn't been added to the paperwork. A lot of unnecessary toing and froing with the added threat of only having 15mins free parking or pay. (Parking was included and that was very welcome). It took us well over an hour to get into our room.

Every thing in place. Neat and Tidy . Very good cutlery and cooking utensils

Everything is good . Bit more directions on garbage disposal would be appreciated. Otherwise it is all good

I like the location a lot. Right In the center walking distance to all the shops and restaurants

Parking spot in the garage. We accidentally smashed our back glass while backing up. It was very tight space for mini van. There were column and behind our spot has big fan with metal frame.

Good value

The actual room looks hugely different to the pictures and the description. In the description of the one bathroom unit I reserved, is that there will be a hot tub and fireplace in the unit, even in the picture, there is a hot tub in the balcony. However it doesn’t have it in the actual room.
