About this apartment rental
Casa Sofia Santo Spirito Apartment is a luxurious and romantic apartment of 90 square meters in the heart of Santo Spirito, the most authentic of the historic districts of Florence, with a magnificent terrace on the rooftops of the city. It has a great location to easily walk to the main monuments: only 10-15 minutes to get to the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio or the Duomo. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
The space
The apartment is modernly renovated with design elements. It consists of two double bedrooms, a nice bright living room with large windows on the streets of the center, a fully furnished modern kitchen, and a modern bathroom with an exposed shower. Both rooms and the living room have air conditioning. It is located on the third floor without elevator.
The space is completed by a beautiful living terrace, with a characteristic view of the Florentine rooftops, with all the comforts and excellent to use for moments of relaxation. A real rarity in downtown Florence homes.
At check-in, a bottle of wine is offered by local producers who we suggest tasting on the terrace.

Between 8:00 and 10:00 am Casa Sofia offers all guests free breakfast with coffee and brioche at the Pop Café in Piazza Santo Spirito, a few meters from the apartment overlooking the Church.
At aperitif time, between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, an Italian prosecco will be offered.

What’s not to love about a spacious, well-maintained, clean property in the heart of it all! Having the cute cafe directly below the property to grab your morning coffee and breakfast, was highly convenient. A couple of the employees spoke English as well. The property was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The train station was quite close as well; accessible by a short cab ride. I think the only draw back was not having an elevator, but again, that is very typical of Europe properties. The check-in was seamless, and the property owners were very communicative and friendly. Will 100% stay at this property again if I’m ever back in Florence!
