Our stay was great once we got in. It took us almost 3 hours to get in for the combo did not work and it seemed calling their number to Vacasa was a disaster until finally a gentleman named Mike called us and gave us the right code, we were so thankful. Aldo Julia called us and was so helpful and came the next morning to find out the batteries on the Door lock were no good, she replaced the batteries. I thank Julia so much for following through on our problem.
