We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The living area was spacious enough for our family of four plus more if we would have had them. The dining table seats 8 and there is plenty of counter space for the meals you can cook to avoid eating out on a long vacation, which was a big money saver for us. Our condo was 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach and about the same distance from the beach itself, so there is plenty to do all around, but the neighborhood is quiet as it overlooks a golf course. The rental company was very helpful and the condo was very clean. There are a couple of stains on the carpet, but that isn't a big deal to me as the carpet was obviously clean, just stained in a couple spots, but wanted to give an honest review as this might bother someone else. We were overall very pleased with our experience

The property was great it was clean and comfortable, the only hiccup we had was the bees nesting on the ceiling on the patio.

The Unit is very good, comfortable and the kitchen is equipped except that there is no toaster. The balcony though surrounded with screen which we like so much coz there is no any bugs or mosquitoes just need dusting and cleaning. The surroundings is very quiet.. it is nice if you really need to stay away from your usual busy life. The pool looks clean even though we didn’t see it being cleaned the entire days of our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing quiet 4 nights getaway . We will try the other vacation rentals under palmetto next time maybe the one near the ocean/ beach.

This was our 6th time in Myrtle Beach. Our selection criteria for the unit was a top floor, 2-bdrm, minimum carpeting. Although comfortable, the unit lacks TLC. Blinds in master are broken and shower curtain is stained. Contacted maintenance to fix leaking kitchen faucet and replace balcony light. Vacuum cleaner was clogged and has never been emptied (which we did) and old bedding was piled up in closet (which we sorted but should be disposed of if not used). There were no clothes hangers. Kitchen could use add’l cutlery, wine glasses and new frying pans and sheet pan. As we were cooking in all the time, we went out and bought our own.Although the property does not allow motorcycles, noisy supped-up jacked-up trucks come and go without restriction. These vehicles should park at the front office.We appreciate the unit location with a view of the pool /golf course, close to stores, the beach and many golf courses.
