This spacious and beautifully designed retreat what is located on third floor is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories with family and friends. The living area boasts comfortable seating, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day of exploration.The 3 bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind. Each room offers cozy bedding and space for your belongings.
The Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over one of the prettiest parts of Myrtle Beach, all from your balcony. This 3rd-floor unit has an almost endless view of the area's golf courses and overlooks a pond and pool below. This beautifully renovated property is all about enjoying vacation time in a clean and useful space. Upscale furnishings and sophisticated decor throughout are something every guest can appreciate.
We have included several home necessities like a 55" smart TV in the living area, as well as smart TVs in the main bedroom fully equipped with Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, other streaming apps, and cable as well. Also included is high-speed WIFI, and the things you always forget at home: soaps, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, iron & ironing board, dish soaps, sponges, paper towels, and the list goes on! There is also a washer/dryer within the unit for convenience, but once again, who wants to do laundry during relaxation time?

Please note that this condo is located in a quiet residential community.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Guests are required to respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Failure to comply may result in security being called, and a $150 noise violation fee will be charged to the guest.

Very nice condo. It was clean and had good space. One negative is the internet access. It was spotty and doesn’t seem that there is a dedicated access for the condo. This was tricky for having teens with us.
