Our condo has king size bed in master br which can be split into 2 twin beds. King and twin mattress pads and sheets included. 3 flat screen tvs ,including a 42 inch in living room and 32 inch in spare bedroom, plus 3 dvd's. Bathrooms have hair driers. Beach chairs in closet on balcony. Guest bathroom has door into guest bedroom and into living room. Vaulted ceilings, fans in all rooms, central heat and air. All dishes, silverware, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric can opener, pots, pans. Condo is one mile from beach, which has free parking, one mile from Broadway on the Beach, one mile from Nascar complex, which has go-kart racing, amusements, miniature golf, and games for younger kids. Myrtlewood has 2 golf courses, and the oldest golf course in Myrtle Beach (1927) is 5 minutes away. Supermarket is half a mile. Outlet stores within 15 minutes. Movie theaters, including IMAX theater, one mile. Dumpsters for garbage are close by; bear in mind that all garbage should be put in a dumpster on conclusion of rental, otherwise there is a $25 penalty Apply.

Condo was in an excellent location and the layout of the condo was great. The condo was very well equipped and the host was very quick to respond when contacted.The condo could use some updating, such as replacing the carpet and some of the furniture. Check in process was seamless and communication was very good.

The location was great. Myrtlewood is a beautiful place. However this location was dirty. The ceiling fans were gross. They were covered in dust. When I turned them on globes of dust were failing all over (no joke). The carpets were covered in staines. The decor was just out dated. Was there for 10 days 9nights and only had one shelve in the refrigerator. Other families that we were there with (kids baseball tournament) there condos were very nice. Very clean, updated, and just nice. I would definitely come back to these condos for the prices are great. I just wouldn’t stay at this location.
