I travel a lot, and this is one of the cleanest and most well-appointed rentals I’ve ever stayed in. My trip this weekend was very brief; I was supposed to be visiting with family, but I wound up going solo. Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt perfectly safe in this complex. The area is clean, the people are friendly, and you can tell the owners take great pride in their neighborhood. The condo itself has plenty of homey little touches that really provide a comfortable oasis at the end of your day at the beach. I travel to Myrtle Beach regularly to see my parents who are both in hospice care now. It is a very hard and emotional time. This particular weekend was made so much easier thanks to the comforts of this unit. The owners were communicative and Vacasa was helpful when I had a hard time getting into the unit itself (operator error - nobody’s fault but mine). You are not going to be right on the beach, but you still have a nice view of the pond and everything is just a short drive away. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed was ridiculously comfy and even the shower’s water pressure was great. Checkout could not have been easier. I was only asked make sure I ran the dishwasher, turned out the lights, and locked the doors.Thanks to the folks who own this property for all of their welcoming features and providing the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to stay at Myrtle Beach.

This home was beautiful & fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The weather didn't cooperate, it rained all week. We were here for a Ripken Tournament, location wasn't far from the fields or local attractions. I like to cook, it had everything I needed to cook & bake for the week. It has a beautiful view of the lake & the grounds. So peaceful, would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet! Close to the beaches and entertainment yet far enough away that it was calm and quiet. The neighborhood was friendly and we’d recommend it to anyone!
