The 3rd floor balcony overlooks the Pinehills Golf Course. 3rd floor is easily accessible with an elevator steps away from parking. Good unit. I've been in around 10 different Myrtlewood condos and this one was as good as any. If you made me say one thing I want different it would literally only be that I would like brighter light bulbs. Everything about the place was good and as advertised. If we come back to Myrtle next year I will be checking this place's availability first.

Great location, very clean. Kitchen could be stocked a little more - silverware was cheap, even my son commented on it. Would definitely stay here again. Duane was super helpful when we got there to gain entrance.

The location, cleanliness and overall size of this villa is excellent. Very nice decor. However, we found the queen bed very soft.....very uncomfortable. Also, the kitchen supplies need to be updated......stainless steel utensils, “glass” glasses rather than plastic, can opener, corkscrew, etc. With a few minor upgrades, this could be an exceptional villa.
