The house was comfortable and worked for our family attending a wedding in the area. It was close to the downtown area and Arcadia Seawall. The check in instructions were clear and house exactly as described.

House itself was fine for the group, check in was sent well ahead of time which was nice. It was however pretty dirty upon arrival. The master bed had dirty blankets that we had to wash and remake the bed ourselves. There were still conwebs around the house etc. This was frustrating since there is a cleaning fee that didnt seem to go to much.
