About this apartment rental
The 12m² living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a small wooden folding table with two similar chairs, a wooden piece of furniture with drawers and shelves housing the TV with an embedded VCR, and a Hi-Fi stereo with CD player. Three design halogen spots are installed under the 6m² mezzanine, which features a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted lamp, accessible via stable wooden stairs (without handrails). The practical kitchen, open to the living room, includes an L-shaped white worktop, equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a washing/drying machine, and a stainless steel sink. Utensils are stored on a wooden sideboard on casters and on a set of shelves, with blue rolling blinds protecting the window.
The bathroom is partly white-tiled, with a bathtub and wall-mounted shower protected by a plastic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin with a mirror above, built-in ceiling spotlights, and a toilet. This studio is in a lively pedestrian area with various restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops, located just beside the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral, in one of the most youthful areas of Paris, the Quartier Latin, historically known for Parisian education.
