Enjoy mornings on the front porch with your cup of coffee before heading out to explore. Ride bikes through the beach neighborhoods or to enjoy beachside ice cream and fun in the sun. The beautifully furnished split floor plan boasts a beachy and modern style, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast island, and a large master bedroom and bathroom with double vanities. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.

From the time of booking, we had excellent communication from the host! They gave clear directions on how to get to the home, the keypad, and checkout instructions. They also checked on us to be sure things were going ok and ask if we needed anything.The house is so cute and looks recently updated. It is laid out great with a nice kitchen/open living, good size master with excellent walk-in shower, and good size extra bedrooms. There is a nice outdoor area with a grill and patio seating. We were surprised to have an outdoor shower on the other side of the house, inside the gate for privacy, to wash off sand from the beach. There were extra beach chairs and towels available; most everything we could need.Everything worked great; cold A/C, hot water, washer/dryer, dishwasher! The house is perfectly located five minutes south of St. Augustine Beach and five minutes north of Butler Beach, and convenient to Publix, Wal-Mart, restaurants, and downtown St. Augustine. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again when we bring the family down to visit our oldest son who lives in St. Augustine now.

Everything about this property was perfect for a family stay. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you need and more. We really appreciated the free ice cream and a daily free ticket to a tourist activity. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for our home away from home!
