The beautifully furnished split floor plan boasts a beachy and modern style, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast island, and a large master bedroom and bathroom with double vanities. Two additional bedrooms give the family plenty of sleeping space. Check in was really easy especially after a long day of traveling. The home was spotless and very welcoming. A/C worked great and it was really close to the downtown area and a bunch of fun little restaurants. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay! Perfect for a couple or a whole family!

I recently stayed at this location for 4 days, and it was an amazing experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive to my needs.
The location was perfect, close to all the places I wanted to visit. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.
Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable spot. I would definitely stay here again!

The cottage has been perfect for our winter holiday family get away. Its location is ideal for venturing into historic St. Augustine while still being able to escape the crowds to quiet neighborhood near the beach. The accommodations in the cottage have been fantastic, it is a newly renovated property and includes everything necessary for a vacation.
