This 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo has everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing beach getaway! Bright and roomy, the two story condo is just a short walkway to the ocean and a few steps from the pool and tennis courts. Enjoy balconies on either side of the unit - a partial view toward beach and a view over the pool plus a lower patio. The kitchen is well-stocked and labeled with all of the dishes and cooking items needed for your stay. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and large screen TV. Three bedrooms boast a beachy chic décor with comfortable beds and TVs in each. Beach cart and supplies, and grill are provided as well.
While in St. Augustine, don't miss out on the great history and activities the area has to offer. This condo is located convenient to all of the area attractions. Ride Ripley’s Red Train around the area and take in the historic beauty of Downtown St. Augustine! Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo San Marcos, and stroll down colorful St. George Street filled with shops and restaurants of irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. But don’t forget to make good use of the night by experiencing the Ghost train or Haunted House tour. Enjoy the endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, art galleries and book stores.

Staying in Montego Bay this week from Cincinnati, Ohio, and the unit has been so awesome – very well stocked with everything that we could possibly need for our family of six! Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Saint Augustine. Our stay at the property was great. Our two story lodging was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was outfitted for everything you would need for the day at the beach, which is only a five minute walk. The kitchen is very well stocked. The master bedroom faces the swimming pool, which can get noisy if there are a lot of people there, but it did not affect us since we spent very little time during the day in there. Balcony/Patio a bit small and furniture on balcony needs updating but didn’t spend much time out there so did not affect our vacation. We were about 15 minutes from old town of St. Augustine which was wonderful. As a part of our rental, we received one free ticket each day to a handful of different activities, which totaled over 300. I’m sure I would rent this property again. They were great and very fast in their communications with us.

The neighborhood that the villa is in was quite run down and needs updating badly. The villas themselves are nice. We were told there had been roof work but that it should be wrapped up and not an issue for us. When we arrived there was a giant dumpster in the drive way, so we were not able to park there and active work on the roof went on almost the entire time we were there. Wasn’t exactly peaceful. Also water spots on the ceiling inside in the living room which was an eyesore. Mildew spots on the grout in the showers. Just a lack of attention to a few things. Overall it was ok.
