This 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo has everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing beach getaway! Bright and roomy, the two story condo is just a short walkway to the ocean and a few steps from the pool and tennis courts. Enjoy balconies on either side of the unit - a partial view toward beach and a view over the pool plus a lower patio. The kitchen is well-stocked and labeled with all of the dishes and cooking items needed for your stay. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and large screen TV. Three bedrooms boast a beachy chic décor with comfortable beds and TVs in each. Beach cart and supplies, and grill are provided as well.
While in St. Augustine, don't miss out on the great history and activities the area has to offer. This condo is located convenient to all of the area attractions. Ride Ripley’s Red Train around the area and take in the historic beauty of Downtown St. Augustine! Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo San Marcos, and stroll down colorful St. George Street filled with shops and restaurants of irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. But don’t forget to make good use of the night by experiencing the Ghost train or Haunted House tour. Enjoy the endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, art galleries and book stores.

This is our third extended stay at this property. Loved that the living room furniture, as well as counter stools, some area carpets, etc as well as a bedroom loveseat have been updated.
Communication continues to be very good and any requests/inquiries have been responded to promptly.
The location is awesome. Excellent beach! Easy 10-15 min commute to historic downtown, great restaurant and live music options,
Love having the use of this property as our “snowbird” location for a couple of months.

The hosts are amazing. They are accessible and their communication was awesome. They care and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo’s layout is perfect and the place is beautiful. The hosts made sure you were equipped with everything you need.

When there was a maintenance issue, it was addressed very quickly and communication was great

The neighborhood that the villa is in was quite run down and needs updating badly. The villas themselves are nice. We were told there had been roof work but that it should be wrapped up and not an issue for us. When we arrived there was a giant dumpster in the drive way, so we were not able to park there and active work on the roof went on almost the entire time we were there. Wasn’t exactly peaceful. Also water spots on the ceiling inside in the living room which was an eyesore. Mildew spots on the grout in the showers. Just a lack of attention to a few things. Overall it was ok.
