I stayed here years ago and loved it, so I was excited to bring my kids back — unfortunately, this visit was a disappointment. The condominium complex is currently under construction, and while that information does exist in the listing, it's buried in the finer details. In my excitement booking a familiar place, I skimmed past it. Lesson learned, but worth flagging loudly for future guests.The construction impact was significant. Jackhammering went on all day, workers were throughout the property, and caution tape routed guests the long way around the entire complex just to reach the beach boardwalk and pool. One set of pool bathrooms was also closed, adding to the inconvenience. We weren't able to use our balcony at all, which was a big part of what I was looking forward to.The condo itself was a mixed bag. When we arrived, the floors were dirty — the patio furniture had been dragged into the master bedroom, bringing sand and construction dust with it, so I had to clean before we could settle in. There was also a pair of dirty underwear left in the washing machine. The master bedroom and bathroom were noticeably outdated, and the bed was extremely firm. The smaller bedrooms and their bathroom were comfortable and clean, the kitchen was nice, and the living room was pleasant.I've stayed in many Florida condos over the years, and this one lands firmly in the so-so category — especially given the current construction situation. We enjoyed our month @ the condo Feb 2026. Everyrhing was clean & just as described. We had a minor issue with Wifi connection & property manager was very quick to resolve. Condo is comfortable (loved the heated massage chair in master), & excellent location to onsite ameneties s well as all of St. Augustine. Definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with every aspect of this place, We recognized it was not a new facility, but it was very clean, apportioned extremely well, both for indoor needs and outdoor recreational needs. Location was great and nearness to the fitness / pool facility was perfect.Thanks to the owner and all who enabled us to have a very enjoyable stay.

We were not notified there would be constricting the entire week, from early morning to dinner time. Caution tape was blocking one side of the entrance to the pool and beach. We choice this condo because we liked the easy access to the beach and the large play area directly in front of it, we were not comfortable with our grandchildren playing outside during the day. The loud noise was constant and did not give us the relaxing vacation we expected. Also, the kitchen faucet was not working properly and both doors did not open properly. The location and the beach were great.
