PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
This oceanfront condo is quite a beauty! Step off your patio and walk right to the beach or pool from this first floor oceanfront condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy an early morning sunrise or a movie night. The beautiful, bright kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee pot and a stackable washer and dryer. There is a brand new king bed in the primary bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom hosts private access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and two twins in the bunk bed style. The smaller third bedroom also known as the "Crow's Nest" has one twin bunk bed and an additionally twin.
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Nestled on the sun kissed Atlantic Coast and within the vicinity of the historic St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, the condo provides ample opportunity for entertainment and relaxation. Nearby attractions include but are not limited too; Anastasia State Park, the Alligator Farm and Flagler College.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Love the location of the room, food trucks were good, wasn't overcrowded with people. The room was not cleaned very well before our arrival. The floor was still covered in food and sand. The floors left our feet black with dirt. We had to buy mold cleaner for bathrooms, sinks, dirty fans, clumps of hair in bathroom drains, front door wouldn't shut properly and you needed to slam it shut. Besides cleanliness I enjoyed the experience.

We have stayed at CRC numerous times. This was the first time we stayed in this particular room. We love staying on bottom level properties, allowing easy access to pool and beach. This property was great. It was spacious and clean, meeting all of our needs. Washer and dryer was changed out during our stay and this process was smooth and hassle free. I gave an overall 4 star rating due to parking concerns. We have never had to park in the farthest parking lot before and we had to this time, even with a “blue” pass.

Overall, we liked the area and location. Very convenient to what we wanted to do. The pool was nice and was also the unit was close to the beach. Our only complaint was the unit itself. The front door was very hard to open. The sliding door leading to the patio would not hardly open. Only myself and my son-in-law could muscle it open. Sent management emails the day we arrived and did not get anything done about it until Thursday. Also, we noticed that the "bunk bed" room was hot. My grandsons would not sleep in the room. I initially thought the AC was not functioning very good but on our last day we found out the dry vent was blowing hot air into that room each time we ran the dryer. The room was also not very clean. There was a half bag of some kind of chips under the couch pillows and dirty dishes in the oven when we arrived. Due to the poor maintenance in this unit, I would not choose to stay at this location again.
