About this apartment rental
This second floor condo is the perfect getaway for a family looking for a beach vacation on a budget. Enjoy the view of the ocean and the pool on your private balcony. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the sunrise or watch tv and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is recently renovated and is fully equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and also has a Keurig. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and a newly renovated private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, and the third smaller bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest” has two twin beds.
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

This was an awesome place to stay. This was our first time there and you could ask for a nicer place. The condo was exactly how describe I had no issues at all. The view was amazing corner condo with ocean view and the pool and court yard. The colony reef staff was so nice to deal with always willing to help on any questions. My family will be back !!! Hope this helps and enjoy !!!

We have stayed at Colony Reef for years, this was one of our favorite stays! The condo was spacious and up to date. We were able to spread out between all the living room furniture. Great view.

Our family rented 3 Condos at Colony Reef for a week. 2211 was easily the nicest of the 3, and it looks like it has been newly renovated. It felt clean and spacious, and we loved the condo. We were very disappointed the pool closed at 9pm every night, so all the children could not night swim. We have never encountered this at any of the Condos we have rented over the years, so now I know to research the pool hours beforehand.

Living room, dining table, and patio furniture were comfortable. Kitchen and laundry appliances are in need of replacement. Property is described as a "Gold" property, we disagree.We have been coming to Colony Reef Club for 30 years, sad to say it is showing its age.I would recommend to a friend, with conditions.
