PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
This beautiful, modern condo with beachy décor will soon become a family favorite stay. With plenty of living room seating and a 6-person table, you will never be short of comfort for the whole family. The kitchen features all brand new counters, cabinets, and appliances and comes with a Keurig and a brand new washer and dryer. There is a king in the primary bedroom as well as both private access to the patio and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. In the guest bedroom there is a queen and a twin bed, and 4 bunk bed style twins in the smaller 3rd bedroom, also known as the "Crow's Nest." We ask that for safety reasons, no one over 100 lbs goes on the top bunks.
Please note: The owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club!
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Great family trip to see the beach and lights in nearby St. Augustine.

It was a great place to stay. This unit was redone nicely but the icemaker wasn’t working and there was a weird smell in the place that didn’t go away. The property management was very responsive when the handle on the sliding door lost a screw.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean and loved being on the 1st floor for the kids to play in the grassy area. Our only complaint was the master bed is old and very uncomfortable. Other than this it was a great week! We will be back to Colony Reef!

Very family and kid friendly. My grandson really enjoyed playing in the courtyard. Love the updates to the beach access, with no stairs to get to beach. Our condo was very comfortable. Already reserved for next year!
