This privately managed condo is located within the Chula Vista Resort, but it is not booked through the resort itself. As a result, water park passes are not included with this reservation. Guests who wish to visit the Chula Vista waterpark must purchase passes directly from the resort, and availability is determined solely by the resort. Please note that we cannot guarantee that Chula Vista will have water park passes available for purchase during your stay. If you are planning your trip around waterpark activities, we recommend also considering other nearby options such as Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park, which often offers day passes for approximately $20. Additionally, please keep in mind that outdoor pools and outdoor waterpark attractions in Wisconsin Dells are seasonal, typically operating from Memorial Day through Labor Day, depending on weather and resort operating schedules.

We had a fantastic stay here. Everything was easy. Really nice property and host was on top of it. Went hiking down the road at a state area. Soaked in the hot tub both nights. Grilled and fixed food -had everything we needed plus. Loved the coffee amenities. Clean. Perfect stay. Thank you!!

We had a great girls weekend! The accommodations were perfect for a night in with food and drinks! We all took turns in the massage chair, especially after our hike in Devils Lake State Park!

This condo is huge! It has 5 beds and I think 2 pull out couches and a large living space. We rented this place for a bachelor party and it was a great communal space for us when we weren't out and about. The massage chair was a huge hit too! The kitchen was fully stock with everything we needed to make dinner and cook breakfast. The beds were comfy, water was hot, and AC cold! I'll gladly keep this place in mind for the future and would recommend to any group whose focus isn't just water parks.

My group and I had a wonderful time during our 3-day stay at this rental. Check-in was seamless, and our host, Dan, provided plenty of helpful information ahead of time, which made the entire process stress-free. The unit itself was very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it perfect for a group getaway.The location is excellent—situated right behind the Chula Vista waterpark, only about 10 minutes from downtown, and roughly 18 minutes from Kalari. For convenience, the property had multiple luggage carts available, which made unloading and carrying our belongings very easy.The rental is on the 2nd floor and faces west toward the river, offering a relaxing view. The layout is well-designed: upon entering, you step into the kitchen and dining area. To the right, there’s a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, and another bedroom with a large bed and its own hot tub. To the left, there’s a spacious room featuring two more beds, a sofa, and a separate bathroom. The setup worked really well for our group, providing both shared and private spaces.The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed, plus a few extra thoughtful touches. The bathrooms were clean, well-maintained, and supplied with plenty of towels. Throughout our stay, Dan was quick to respond to questions and was very flexible with small requests, which made us feel especially well taken care of.
