Chula Vista Resort Condo 2520 & 2522 Full Property

I liked the size of the room.

There was no staff around at all!!! There were spills in the elevator and main lobby and no one was around to clean it up! It felt like we were in a dorm because there was no one there physically for assistance or to enforce any sort of order. When booking it made it seem like you got full access to the property but after booking and when I could t get a refund did I realize that the water park was not included. This is absolutely ridiculous, you’re literally at a place with the name of the resort at the top of the building and you don’t have access to the full report?! ! That is such a waste! There was also a giant wasps nest at the corner of our balcony but once again there no one physically there to do anything about anything! When I went to talk to the front desk at the hotel side, like the sign told us to do, they weren’t able to help us at all! They advised us that there was nothing that they could do because it’s owned by another company. They didn’t even have access to see our reservations! What a joke!!! Very disappointed! I will not be going back at all! Also pots and pans were put away in the cabinets dirty! We went to use them and they were all dirty!
