Welcome to 203AB – Three Bedroom Condo. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

- Second living room with a queen sofa sleeper, TV, and a small dining table with chairs

- In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience
- Balcony with chairs overlooking the Spring Brook Golf Course, ideal for peaceful relaxation
- Shared outdoor firepit and two gas grills
- Just a 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Clubhouse
Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 8 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 8 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 14 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
- Please note, in accordance with local regulations and other policies, we do not provide: Shampoo, conditioner, or body wash
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you'd like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

The host was very welcoming, the amenities were great.The spring Brook resort was a beautiful place. It was in a great location. It was quiet place. It had everything that we need for our vacation.

This was our 2nd stay and we will be back again! Great location, this time we had smaller group and stayed in 2 condo rooms instead of house! Condo was as great as the house! Love staying here!

Our 4-day stay at Spring Brook condo was a wonderful experience. The three bedroom/3 bath condo was very clean, well stocked with cookware, tableware, & paper supplies, and very roomy for our family of 11. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Two of the three refrigerator door shelves had no brackets to hold bottles, etc. That was an inconveniece. They should be replaced.We went down to use the grill one evening and found the propane tank empty. We called the office and someone came within ten minutes with a new tank. It was nice to have grilling utensils in the kitchen to use at the outside grill.The pizzas we enjoyed at the restaurant were very tasty. The server was very friendly and attentive. We didn't have a long wait for our 3 pizzas and beverages.. Having the pools so close was a big plus. I thought the water was very cloudy, so maybe more chemical use was needed for the numbers of people who swam each day. It was nice to be able to walk to the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We took advantage of the special rates at the connecting golf course. We had a thoroughly enjoyable golfing experience. The course was well maintained and the staff at the pro shop were very helpful, polite, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. It is a wonderful location. Its away from the busyness of the Dells, but close enough to go to attractions easily. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

A shelf was broken in our fridge. We also had issues with keys to our room. We had to go back to the desk everyday to get new ones. We also had an issue of other people trying to get into our room. The person at the front desk told them their room number (which was ours). They double booked our room and it was a big inconvenience because our key cards got deactivated. Wasn’t too happy about this.
