Welcome to 402AB – Three Bedroom Condo. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

- Located on the second floor; stair access only (no elevator available)
- First living room with comfortable seating, fireplace, and TV
- Second living room with a queen sofa sleeper, TV, and a small dining table with chairs
- Dining table and kitchen peninsula with seating to accommodate the whole group
- In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience
- Balcony with chairs overlooking the Spring Brook Golf Course, ideal for peaceful relaxation
- Shared outdoor firepit and two gas grills
- Just a 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) to the Clubhouse
Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 8 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 8 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 14 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
- Please note, in accordance with local regulations and other policies, we do not provide: Shampoo, conditioner, or body wash
Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you'd like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.
Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.
Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

This unit was modern, clean, comfortable and it was easy to go anywhere in the Dells from here.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The three bedroom set-up was perfect for our mother, daughter, granddaughter annual weekend get together. The kitchen had everything we needed; having 3 bathrooms were great as well. The resort building was excellent as well and worked out perfect for the group we had. It was also nice that we got to participate with the ladies in the Aquatic exercise on Friday morning. The ladies were great and very welcoming. The office staff and bartenders were very customer service oriented and made our stay complete.The only downfall was the weather; but obviously nothing you controlled-ha ha. We will consider staying here again in the future. One suggestion is to add an additional chair to the living room.Thank you!
