Un séjour parfait

L’appartement était vraiment génial ! Malgré la chaleur extérieure, il faisait frais à l’intérieur – on a même utilisé la couette, ce qui était très agréable. Le bâtiment est ancien, mais l’intérieur a été entièrement rénové : tout est neuf, propre et bien pensé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, ce qui est très pratique. Le lit est super confortable. J'avais lu dans certains commentaires qu'il était petit, ce qui m’inquiétait un peu, mais c’est en réalité un lit double tout à fait normal. L'appartement est bien insonorisé et équipé de volets, ce qui nous a permis de dormir tranquillement le matin – un vrai plus, surtout après une nuit blanche pour un mariage ! Le propriétaire était très agréable, accueillant et disponible. Le check-in s’est déroulé parfaitement, sans aucune attente, et même un peu avant l’heure prévue, ce qui a été très appréciable. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Vernieuwd appartement met alle basiscomfort voor 2 personen

Sober, proper, recent gerenoveerd, lichtrijk appartement in een oud/karaktervol gebouw in de buurt van het centrum van Belfort (tussen station en centrum), voorzien van alle basiscomfort. Bakker op 100 en kleine supermarkten in de buurt. Vlakbij verschillende goede restaurants (best wel reserveren): Le Lien, Le Dix'vins, Capucins. We apprecieerden het persoonlijk onthaal door en hulp van de gastheer (bezorgde ons bijvoorbeeld een klein handslot zodat we de publieke fietsboxen konden gebruiken, zie hieronder). Mijn racefiets mocht ik in appartement plaatsen (ik was er voor deelname aan de Cyclo Les 3 Ballons). PARKEREN: In de buurt parkeren is betalend tussen 9:00-12:00 en 14-18:00 (eerste half uur is gratis). Er kan (zeer) nabij zonder problemen geparkeerd worden op één van publieke parkings: - op de publieke parking naast het Britt-hotel op ongeveer 150 meter links rechtover het appartement: zone 'groen', 1,10 euro/uur. - of op de grote parking aan het theater op 200 meter van het appartement, zone 'oranje' = 1,30 euro/uur. Aan het station, op ongeveer 500 à 600 meter is er een gratis parking, maar die is veelal volzet. Mits het installeren van de app 'PayByPhone' (zie QR-code op elke parkeerautomaat) kan je je parkeren makkelijk regelen (bijv. op afstand je parkeertijd verlengen). Opmerkelijk is wel dat je in de app het aantal 'minuten' dient in te geven dat je wil parkeren, dus niet het aantal uur ;-). FIETSENSTALLING: Fietsen kunnen op een aantal plaatsen makkelijk, GRATIS en veilig in een publieke 'fietsbox' opgeborgen worden. Op de publieke parking naast het Britt-hotel, op 150 meter van het appartement, staan er 3 zo'n boxen.

Het tweepersoonsbed was wat aan de smalle kant (maar geen probleem, eerder ter info).

La relacion calidad precio. El apartamento tiene de todo. Es facil aparcar y tiene restaurantes cerca. El anfitrion es muy amable.

La entrada es de un edificio antiguo. Primera planta sin ascensor.

L'appartement se situe au coeur du centre ville, il est plutôt grand, la boulangerie située à 10 mètres du pied de l'immeuble, aucunes nuisances de bruit, il est très bien aménagé, le lit est confortable, rien à redire sur la propreté, je recommande.👍

Il ne manque qu'une place de parking privée mais je reconnais que c'est très difficile en centre ville, cependant un grand Parking public est disponible à 50 mètres de l'immeuble cela évite de trop tourner en rond 😁
