Teller und Besteck waren teilweise schmutzig. Hellhörig. Das Gebäude ist Stand 20.12.2025 eine Baustelle. Atmosphäre wie bei einem billigen Monteurzimmer/ Stundenhotel.

The location of the apartment was very convenient, with a supermarket, bakery, and museum all within walking distance. The interior of the apartment matched the photos shown online and was generally comfortable.

I had some difficulty finding the property on my first day because the exterior appearance and surrounding area looked quite different from the photos on Booking.com. In addition, the parking area was still under construction. The main entrance door does not currently have a locking mechanism, which made me feel a bit unsafe. I also believe that completing the ongoing renovations to the stairways and walls inside the building would make the property appear more secure and welcoming. It might also be helpful to install a luggage ramp or channel alongside the stairs to make it easier for guests with heavy suitcases. When I arrived, the apartment was somewhat dusty, and although the bed sheets appeared clean and freshly made, there were still some hairs left on them. More attention to cleaning details would improve the guest experience. Finally, there seems to be an issue with waste collection outside the building. The garbage containers in front of the property appeared to contain old trash that had not been emptied for quite some time. Overall, the location and the apartment itself were good, but a few improvements to cleanliness, security, and the building's exterior condition would make the stay much more enjoyable.
