Voor 1 overnachting te doen maar de veiligheid van de woning in de flat moet veranderen dit kan echt niet!

De ruimte en alles was wel aanwezig wat je maar nodig had voor 1 nacht

De beveiliging de deur kon niet op slot we hebben deze gebarricadeerd met een stoel dit gaf ons geen prettig gevoel. En er was geen lift na vermoeide reis 4 hoog maar wel 9 trappen omhoog. Niet te doen met kind van 4.

Rien à redire car prix très intéressant pour la prestation.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Logement très spacieux et lumineux. Très appréciable que les lits soient faits à l’arrivée. Autonomie pour l’arrivée et le départ grâce au système de boîte à clés.

Le linge de maison sentait un peu le renfermé. La porte d’entrée ne se verrouillait pas complètement (mais système d’entrebailleur).

L'appartement nous a convenu pour une nuit mais nous ne serions pas restés plus longtemps

Appartement spacieux. Hôte facilement disponible par messagerie. Parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble. Clés disponibles facilement dans un locker.

Immeuble HLM plutôt vétuste. Impossibilité de fermer correctement la porte d'entrée de l'intérieur, serrure hors service. Pas de lumière dans la cuisine (sauf hotte) ni dans une des chambres (seulement lampe de chevets). Très mauvaise insonorisation. Literie à revoir. 24 notes à 10/10 ???

Pokud vám nevadí 4. patro bez výtahu jde o velmi dobré ubytování.

Klidná lokalita, tiší sousedé, vkusně a pohodlně zařízený byt, dostatečně vybavená kuchyň.

Byt nebylo možno zevnitř zamknout, jen zajistit na "řetízek", kdy se dveře trochu pootevřou. Nabádám majitele k opravě.

Die Wohnung sollte sozial Bedürftigen zur Verfügung stehen und nicht als Einkommensquelle genutzt werden.

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Alles nötige war vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Sozialbau ohne Hinweis auf fehlenden Lift ist passend für Gäste, die sich nicht an der entsprechenden Ausstattung stören. Im Bad gab es nur eine Glühbirne an Drähten als Beleuchtung.

Discreto ma la location....

Soggiornato solo per una notte di passaggio, le comunicazioni con il proprietario per alcune informazioni di dettaglio sono state puntuali e dettagliate. L'appartamento molto grande e spazioso, in confronto all'Italia mi sembra a occhio circa degli anni '50 rinfrescato, dotato di tutti i confort descritti nell'annuncio, ottime stoviglie, cucina grande e nella media, bel divano con chaise lounge, ringrazio il proprietario per caffè offerto. Nel complesso, valutando qualità prezzo e con la consapevolezza di non avere pretese sulla modernità della location e dell'appartamento, lo rivaluterei.

La location ahimè lascia a desiderare, il contesto non è proprio bellissimo, poi 4 piani senza ascensore... beh.. mia noncuranza di non aver fatto delle ricerche approfondire prima.

1-La situation géographique: quartier sensible, appartement en HLM (pas spécifié dans l’annonce), environnement peu engageant, ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité. 2- Appartement dans son jus, non rénové (hormis un coup de peinture blanche sur les murs), les dalles de sol se décollent dans les chambres, la crédence de la cuisine est brûlée à un endroit. 3-Un matelas est appuyé à la verticale contre le mur dans la salle à manger à côté de la table, un étendoir à linge avec les draps de lit des locataires précédents est de l’autre de cette table. 4- le sol de la salle de bains n’est pas super propre
