La disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte et de Séverine. Les logements sont très propres, bien agencés et le bâtiment est calme. La petite cour à l'avant est appréciable (vous ne vous retrouvez pas directement dans la rue à faire les 100 pas pour fumer votre cigarette)
Le stationnement dans la rue peut être un peu compliqué

Les instructions étaient claires et précises. Le lit était très confortable.
Les voisins étaient très bruyant (de nombreux cri). Nous nous sommes efforcé à ne pas faire de bruit mais on ne peut pas en dire autant des habitants de l'immeuble. Cela dit, c'est un point sur lequel le propriétaire à peu d'emprise.
