Понравилось, что квартира чистая, новая и уютная, есть все необходимое.

Большая трещина на стене в кухне и душевая кабина, которая открытая и вся вода выходит наружу, находится далеко от центра, пешком пойти не можешь.

Enttäuschend.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ zentral, bietet jedoch keine Anbindung an ÖPNV. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt. Das Interieur ist neuwertig.

Die Unterkunft weist Mängel auf, welche im Inserat nicht ersichtlich sind. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein circa 2 Meter großer Riss in der Wand und der Putz löst sich dadurch über dem Sitz und Essbereich. In allen Räumen verlaufen lose Enden von Schläuchen und Rohren ungesichert aus dem Boden. Der Duschvorhang war verschimmelt. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft durch Dreck und Haare, was dazu führte, dass das Bad und der Flur durch nicht ablaufendes Wasser überschwemmt wurden. Der Behälter für die Klobürste sowie der Mülleimer im Bad waren geröstet und verschimmelt. Das Schlafzimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt weshalb sich Haare und Ohrenstäbchen neben dem Bett befanden. Als der Anbieter über den Zustand informiert wurde, versprach dieser eine Reinigung der Wohnung. Diese Reinigung wurde an drei Tagen vor Ort nicht realisiert.
