Brocken expectations and holiday disappointments

The apartment is small, but well appointed and location is good

Where do i begin, first we noticed was the fridge was not working and leaking water on the floor. There was no kettle, or tea or coffee in the kitchen. The tv was hanging on the wall crooked. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl was unstable and moving, so was the sink head and thadrainage plate under the shower. There were only one pillow per person in the bedroom and I usually sleep on two. When we informed the manager he said someone will come at 16:00, someone came after 21:00. We were told an electrician will come the next morning. When we came back to the apartment at around 16:00, no one has been there and there were still no kettle or additional pillow and the fridge was still not working. When I called the manager, I was offered to locate the apartment and I will be fully refunded, this is at 16:00 in the second biggest city in Bulgaria with no other booking. The appartment has potential, but it was poorly managed and the service is appalling. We are well traveled and had never ever seen anything like it, the arrogance and treatment of a paying customer were shocking. Just imagine, you work all year for a holiday, you plan, choose and book everything, only to be confronted by something like this. Things can go wrong, but the sheer inability of the managment to resolve the issue or deal with customers and provide a service expected in hospitality is beyond comprehension.

Апартаментът беше чист и се намираше в голяма близост до центъра и Стария град. Имаше безплатно място за паркиране, което бе голямо предимство. Комуникацията с домакина беше лесна, а в самия апартамент имаше всичко необходимо за живеене. Сградата е нова, има асансьор и климатици и в двете стаи. Доволни сме и със сигурност отново бихме отседнали там.

Добро място, много лоша поддръжка.

Плюсове - добро местоположение, добри и нови мебели, личи си, че е обзаведено с мисъл, много приятни акценти в обзавеждането, наличие на паркомясто

За съжаление, фирмата, която се занимава с поддръжката и най-вече почистването, НЕ си върши работата. В момента на пристигането ни, бременната ми жена влезе да си вземе душ, а като излезе, откри, че коридорът е наводнен, тъй като каналът се оказа запушен. Обадихме се на посоченият телефон, откъдето ни казаха, че могат да оправят проблема най-рано сутринта. Тъй като това означаваше аз да не се изкъпя, решихме да го отпушим сами. Извадихме от въпросния канал КУПИЩА гадост, която човек трудно може да си представи - и което предполага, че не е чистен дълго време. Беше меко казано отвратително. След това попивахме пода с моп около половин час. Допълвайки доста странното прясно изглеждащо петно на меката мебел в хола (можехме само да гадаем от какво е, надявайки се да е от храна), решихме просто да не я използваме - което ограничи местата за седене в апартамента до леглото в спалнята. Което пък тотално скапа престоят ни. Със сигурност, ако нещо в поддръжката не се промени глобално, нямаме никакво намерение да повторим престоя си тук. Съветвам всеки уважаващ правото на елементарна хигиена в местата, които наема, да направи същото. Също така, бих предложил да бъдем компенсирани за лошите емоции, както и със заплащането на почистването, което направихме, от страна на собствениците.

Стилен апартамент

Сградата е нова, апартамента е стилно обзаведен и напълно оборудван с висок клас уреди, много приветлив. Леглото е удобно. Има прекрасна голяма тераса с масичка и столчета. Местоположението е много добро, на пешеходно разстояние от стария град и Капана. Голям плюс е наличието на паркомясто. Домакина е отзивчив. Бих го посетил отново.

Да се обърне внимание на дребните неща като състояние на пердета, част от декорацията и най-вече на чистота на баня и не занимаряване откъм спално бельо. Мястото е хубаво и си заслужава, поддържайте го качествено!
