Wonderful stay - it made our Christmas

Cottage has great potential with just a few minor additions. We loved being so near the heart of St Ives

Great location, parking space worth its weight in gold! Good quality appliances. Great to have the shed of beach items

Top floor bedroom has no blinds on some of the windows so for a mid summer break you’re woken by the sun at 4am. Top floor bed is very old and creaky, we had to stop using the top floor bedroom as we couldn’t sleep - some proper bedside tables would be good in there too. Bins needed in the bedrooms and bathroom. More mirrors needed, I had to sit on a suitcase and attempt to dry my hair using a small dusty shaving mirror. Damp smell in bathroom. Weedy and dirty roof ‘terrace’ doesn’t have anywhere to sit, some furniture out there would be good especially if it’s being mentioned as a main feature. Dishwasher was smelly and dirty on arrival, I had to clear a lot of stinky sludge out of the filter and run a cleaning cycle before we could use it. The property manager was rude when I tried to report issues. The maintenance man who turned up was really friendly
