The overall design was cool, clean kitchen, bath/bedroom, towels and sheets. In terms of cleanliness, the majority of the place was fine besides the points mentioned in the section of what I disliked. Spacious jacuzzi

- We reported an issue with the bathroom sink not draining properly to the landlord via message. Unfortunately, his response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive, claiming he had never been informed of this problem before. Later that evening, he escalated the situation by threatening to cut off the electricity after 11 PM, which we found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated due to a lack of clear communication. The listing on Booking.com states “check-in from 18:00,” which we understood to mean that check-in was possible any time after that, as is often the case with check-ins we've experienced in the past. However, the landlord assumed we would arrive precisely at 18:00 or 19:00 and reacted with irritation when we informed him we would be arriving at 22:30 as we were with our children, still about 1.5 hours away at an amusement park, and he began suggesting he might not be able to let us in, that he’d need to find someone else, leaving us uncertain and stressed. He also insisted that it’s never possible to check in that late anywhere, which is simply not accurate. To add to the confusion, during our call, he went so far as to say that Booking.com was “not a good platform,” claiming he constantly had issues with it and even suggested that I should book through other rental platforms in the future. His behavior throughout was erratic and unprofessional. Finally, upon checkout, the woman responsible for collecting the keys informed us that the sink issue had in fact been reported several times before. This was contradicting the landlord’s claim that he had never heard about it. This was disappointing and suggested a lack of honesty and accountability. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and poorly treated. - the sofas were dusty - sink of bathroom not letting water pass - we had to remove dirt foam of the jacuzzi

Nothing, as we didn’t get inside. No answer, nobody there, tried to call, they put the phone down on me. Trying to get a refund d from customer services of booking.com but nobody is responding to me. We had to go find another property. Such a disappointment

Appartement tout en longueur, très bien équipé. Grand jacuzzi. Petite terrasse. Hôte très sympathique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Mainio sijainti keskustassa. Aivan ihana, rentouttava poreallas. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja mukavat vuoteet. Vuodesohvalle mahtui hyvin kaksi aikuista. Viihtyisä sisustus.

Ohjeet ja wifin salasana voisivat olla huoneistossa myös kirjallisesti.

Propre , bien spacieux , personnel très sympathique.
