Kleines Appartment, gutes Bett, alles gepflegt, neuwertig.
Entfernung zur Stadt muss man wissen, aber dafür ist man in der Elbaue und zum Essen geht man ins nahgelegene Brauhaus.

Gut mit Bus und Straßenbahn angebunden (ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Dresden-Neustadt), Neubau (Mischung aus Geschäftsräumen und Wohnungen, mit Aufzug) in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohnviertel (geprägt von historischen Wohnhäusern, Gärten, Baumbestand) sowie in Gehweite zum Elbufer.

Nur 1 Topf und 1 Pfanne in der Küche ist wenig 2 von 4 Badleuchten oben defekt. Staubsauger wäre gut.
