Good communication from the host prior to arrival. The property is located right next to Kuromon Market. This means quick access to the market, but also quite a walk, especially in the summer months, to Dotonburi. There's a small and efficient washing machine in the room, and to dry your clothes you'd have to leave the AC on through the day. As there's limited hangers and clothes line, you'd have to be strategic about doing your laundry. Alternatively, there's a number of laundry shops around the property so you can always pay for it! Room was big. Family marts were nearby. The property offered the essentials!

I couldn't tell if the tub was clean or not as it's dark coloured and hence I didn't use it. No other complaints really.
