Host molto gentile e disponibile, la casa è molto pulita e spaziosa. A meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiaggie. Sono disponibili gratis delle biciclette. Vicina al centro di Grottammare e anche al Borgo antico assolutamente da vedere.
