Disponibilità di ombrellone in spiaggia. Vicinanza alla spiaggia. Quartiere tranquillo.
I canali RAI 1,2 non avevano segnale. La porta a libretto della doccia era inceppata. I rumori arrivavano sia dai piani superiori che da fuori.Letto stretto e con materassi scomodi.
