Ottima posizione per la spiaggia e il centro paese. Appartamento molto confortevole, dotato di ogni tipo di servizio. Località molto bella.

Appartamento in posizione ottima rispetto alla spiaggia e al centro, pulito, spazioso, con lavastoviglie, cassaforte, ascensore, parcheggio coperto privato, distributore di caffé e simili nella hall, ampia terrazza da cui si gode di una meravigliosa vista sul mare e su Grottammare alta.
In qualità di consiglio: farei aggiungere qualche posata (forchette e coltelli) in più.
