Il proprietario è stato cortese e disponibile. La casa era accessoriata di tutto, apprezzato il fatto che fossero disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola, e soprattutto aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Il contesto è molto tranquillo, praticamente fronte mare, ma distante un paio di kilometri sia da Grottammare che da San Benedetto del Tronto. Vicino a ristoranti e Centro Commerciale
Ho trovato un pochino scomodo il balcone che era accessibile tramite una portafinestra un pochino bassa e soprattutto aveva delle sbarre per tenerlo su che davano particolarmente fastidio e rischiavi di inciampare avendo fuori lo stendino. Mancavano alcune cose che ho provveduto ad avvisare il proprietario prima della partenza. Il forno, anche se non l'ho usato non era pulito.

Nähe zum Meer, Sauberkeit, Größe der Wohnung, Bad, Haus, Ruhe (sogar die Züge an der Bahn sind nicht schlimm), Informationen bei Begrüßung, Reibungslosigkeit der Schlüsselübegabe, ausreichend Handtücher
Ein paar Dinge fehlen: ein Sofa, Untersetzer für Töpfe, scharfe Messer zum Kochen, Handtuchhalter im Bad. Der Herd könnte ausgetauscht werden, funktioniert aber soweit gut.
