The front door doesn’t open. It’s rusty and impossible to open so we were given keys to a side entrance however it’s very difficult to lift luggage over the bush and the concrete stand which is obsolete because there is no umbrella in it. Such a shame that this house lacks maintenance. Lots of ants in the apartment especially in the bathrooms and in the children’s beds and one of the double bedrooms. The dishwasher was broken, washing machine didn’t work very well and there were no umbrellas working for shelter from the sun on the patio, they were all broken. I think whoever cleans the apartment is trying to do a good job but clearly the owners do not care about the listed provisions or to update or maintain them. Whoever the property owner is should fix the facilities listed especially the dishwasher & basic hygiene like having ants nests removed. We paid for listed facilities. The single beds were very wobbly. My six year old daughter would rock them with one finger. It became abit comical after a while. We weren’t looking for perfection because we understood that the price for this apartment was not premium and it was a good deal for the area but the problem was mostly the ants and the non working dishwasher and sub standard washing machine plus lack of front door. Very odd. They provided 8 forks for meal times some were bent and the apartment is for 8 people so you have to wash forks during meals for reuse. Be careful with some of the drinking glasses, lots of them were chipped. We loved the view and the location and the layout of the house was good.
