距離Garmisch-Partenkirchen火車站步行大約10分鐘，沿途平坦好走，離鬧區也很近，附件餐廳很多，有廚具餐具一應俱全的廚房，漂亮窗戶的客廳，房間採光良好，又大又漂亮的公寓，兩個人住空間充足，價格實惠，房東非常友善。
沒有提供沐浴乳跟洗髮精，枕頭偏低，支撐度不佳。

Die Lage ist Top!!! Sehr Zentrums nah gelegen.
Die Betten sind nicht bequem, und Quietschen, also nicht erholsam. Passen Optisch in die Gegend, aber das wars auch...
Das Bad ist sehr klein, der Spiegelschrank hängt so hoch, für kleine Leute nicht geeignet.
Oben drüber wohnt noch jemand, derjenige kam jede Nacht spät nach Hause, was auch zu hören war, da das Treppenhaus nur mit einer Tür getrennt ist.
