We really enjoyed our two-night stay. The apartment was very clean, including the kitchen, and the building smelled pleasant when we entered. It was easy to reach by public transportation, communication with the owner was good, and the beds were comfortable. Having a private bathroom with a shower for each bedroom was a big plus!

There are two things that could be improved. An unpleasant drain smell came from the showers; on the second night, we covered the shower drain with a towel to help block it. It would be worth checking the plumbing to address this. We would also have appreciated more control over the air conditioning, as it seemed to operate automatically and the apartment was very hot on our first night. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

The location was easy to find.

The communication with the host was terrible. Before our arrival, I confirmed that they could issue an invoice for the stay, and they assured me they could. However, even a month after we left, no invoice was provided—only repeated apologies each time I asked about it. They also responded very slowly during our stay, which felt quite unprofessional. The cleaning was disappointing as well, with spider webs visible in several places. Additionally, when there’s a coffee machine, you’d normally expect a few complimentary capsules, but there were none. The same goes for the washing machine—no detergent or anything provided. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The AC also smelled a bit odd. And the turist tax was not included in the booking fee and they told us about it a few days before arriving.
