Struttura bellissima

Είμαστε τετραμελής οικογένεια κ μείναμε 2 βράδια στο διαμέρισμα 2 υπνοδωματίων. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό κ δροσερό το καλοκαίρι. Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα κ τα κρεβάτια κ τα μαξιλάρια είναι πολύ άνετα. Εξοπλισμένο με καφετιέρα (εκτιμήθηκε αυτό). Υπήρχαν μπουκάλια νερό καλωσορίσματος. Στα 5 με 10 λεπτά περπάτημα έχει αρκετές στάσεις για λεωφορεία που σε πηγαίνουν στο κέντρο. Η γειτονιά είναι ασφαλής κ ήσυχη. Από την πίσω μεριά το διαμέρισμα ΄βλέπει΄ένα ποταμάκι στο οποίο είδαμε να ζουν πάπιες, ψαράκια κ 2 κάστορες. Αυτό άρεσε πολύ στα παιδιά μου. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπήγαινα!!

Ο οικοδεσπότης είχε στείλει οδηγίες για το διαμέρισμα μέσω whatsapp. Ωστόσο έγώ δε χρησιμοποιώ τη συγκεκριμένη εφαρμογή κ δε γνώριζα κατά την κράτηση πως έπρεπε να την εγκαταστήσω κ να κάνω λογαριασμό (νομίζω είχα πριν χρόνια). Ίσως θα έπρεπε να ορίζεται υποχρεωτικό app που θα πρέπει να έχεις για να μπεις στο διαμέρισμα. Ωστόσο, επικοινωνόντας μέσω booking το πρόβλημα λύθηκε γρήγορα.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung (fast in jeden Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage). Es lag ein Hefter im Flur mit alle relevanten Informationen zur Wohnung.

Zur Unterkunft gibt es soweit keinen Kritikpunkt. Den Kontakt zum Vermieter hätte ich mir eher gewünscht, der Erstkontakt war kurz vor 16:00- uns wurden der Tür- und Schlüssel- Code per WhatsApp mitgeteilt

The location was easy to find.

The communication with the host was terrible. Before our arrival, I confirmed that they could issue an invoice for the stay, and they assured me they could. However, even a month after we left, no invoice was provided—only repeated apologies each time I asked about it. They also responded very slowly during our stay, which felt quite unprofessional. The cleaning was disappointing as well, with spider webs visible in several places. Additionally, when there’s a coffee machine, you’d normally expect a few complimentary capsules, but there were none. The same goes for the washing machine—no detergent or anything provided. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The AC also smelled a bit odd. And the turist tax was not included in the booking fee and they told us about it a few days before arriving.
